satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with a simple and fair return and refund process.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
Initiated within 7 days of delivery
Item must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
Accompanied by original receipt or proof of purchase
Seals, tags, and certificates (if any) must be intact
Note: Custom-made, engraved, or personalized jewelry items are not eligible for return unless
they arrive damaged or defective.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Personalized or customized jewelry
Earrings (due to hygiene reasons)
Gift cards or promotional items
Items purchased on clearance/sale (unless defective)
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Share photos and order details at support@kalafashion.com
We will assess and offer a replacement, repair, or full refund as applicable
4. Return Process
To initiate a return:
1. Email us at support@kalafashion.com with your order number and reason for return
2. Wait for return approval and instructions from our team
3. Pack the item securely and ship to the provided return address
Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was delivered
damaged or incorrect.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only

We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. To exchange an item, please return it for a
